Tracking Page Usage
We tally the number of user accesses to all pages of our sites, we count all tool accesses, we count resultant data rows that are returned to each user and we count the number of market quotes that each user accesses.

They do not track preferences of our users for sale to other companies. All information we gather from our subscribers/users is used for billing purposes and for the interactive experience that is extended to each of our subscribers privately through the use of personalized accounts accessed by user ids and password-protected accounts.
Users of our web sites, webinars, free newsletters and materials may receive promotional advertisements and other information via email or phone from Power Financial Group and select third-party service providers once approved by Power Financial Group. Users may opt-out of receiving further email or phone calls at any time by selecting to opt-out via links located in each email or requesting that they not be called. Any offer from Power Financial Group regarding a third-party product or service is not an endorsement and should not imply an endorsement of that product or service.
Credit Card Protection
We pride ourselves on being 100% PCI compliant with credit card security. All credit card numbers and billing information sent through our web sites, is encrypted with the latest SSL security encryption during transmission for your security, protection and privacy. Once your billing information is authorized, it is NOT stored on our servers and is NOT accessible by any Power Financial Group Inc. employee. Your billing information is stored with a 3rd party billing and merchant services provider that is 100% PCI compliant.
Corrections, Upgrades, or Updates
We collect personal information from our subscribers for the exclusive use of billing purposes. It is essential to the billing process that our subscribers names, addresses, expiration dates, etc. be as up-to-date as possible. Subscribers can, at any time, email, call, or use My Account (log on required) to initiate changes or requests for updates to any of their personal information. We reserve the right to elicit updates from our subscribers, e.g. a subscriber will be asked to email or call us to update their pertinent info on occasion.
Since we are a user-driven site, anyone wishing to make suggestions about improving the service or levee a complaint is always welcomed and considered carefully. Suggestions and complaints are usually accepted by email, but may also be phoned-in or sent to our mailing address.
