Gold is up 11.1 at 1732.9 per ounce. Platinum is up 19.1 at 1224.53 while silver is up 0.22 at 26.35. The dollar is mixed compared to the major currencies today. The greenback is down against the euro, up against the Yen and down against the Pound.
