Tracking Page Usage
We tally the number of accesses to all pages of the site. These statistics help us to understand how our users find the pricing and if they decide to subscribe. The statistics on the pages allow us to keep an accurate count of visits to the site. We also tally how many times each of our subscribers logs-on to the service.

Cookies
This site requires the use of cookies for its operation. Cookies are sent to and from our server only! They ARE NOT and CAN NOT be used to harm your system in any way. They do not track preferences of our users for sale to other companies. The cookies on this site are used internally by the server-side programming, and they are necessary to ensure that the user profiles our clients set for themselves will stay intact throughout their entire visit to the site each time they return. Information Disclosure
We do not use any of the personal information gathered on our clients for sale to advertisers or third-party vendors. All information we gather from our clients is used for billing purposes and for the interactive experience that is extended to each of our subscribers privately through the use of personalized accounts accessed by user ids and password-protected accounts.

Credit Card Protection
All credit card numbers that are sent through our web site are encrypted during transmission for user protection and privacy. The numbers stay encrypted while on our billing server. Only trusted PowerOptions employees responsible for billing have access to unencrypted numbers.

Corrections, Upgrades, or Updates
We collect personal information on our subscribers for the exclusive use of billing purposes. It is essential to the billing process that our subscribers names, addresses, expiration dates, etc. be as up-to-date as possible. Subscribers can, at any time, email, call, or use My Account (log on required) to initiate changes or requests for updates to any of their personal information. We reserve the right to elicit updates from our subscribers, e.g. a subscriber will be asked to email or call us to update their pertinent info on occasion.

Since we are a user-driven site, anyone wishing to make suggestions about improving the service or levee a complaint is always welcomed and considered carefully. Suggestions and complaints are usually accepted by email, but may also be phoned-in or sent to our mailing address. Keep the suggestions coming, we are always looking for ways to add value to PowerOptions and make site usage as friendly as possible.
