NEWS LEADERS AND LAGGARDS-----------------------------------------
Every trading day our Special Daily Select 10 Hedged Strategies
service points out 10 covered call trades and 10 hedged trades
normally requiring much less capital. The goal is for each trade to
generate at least a 5% return over 60 to 180 days. Using our
sophisticated computer models we hunt down the trades with the
highest return and the lowest risk. This is a great way see the
types of trades that can rely on solid stocks to produce double-
digit annual returns while reducing overall risk of holding the
stock and conserving your investment funds.

Today our Select 10 picks include strategies, tactics and trade
ideas for Transocean Inc (RIG), Abbott Labs (ABT), and Unitedhealth
(UNH) with up to 74% targeted annualized return and 9.9% downside
protection. See the Select 10 Hedged Strategies list for all the
details.

NEWS LEADERS AND LAGGARDS-----------------------------------------
So far this morning, Merck & Co. (MRK), Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF),
and Barclays (BCS) lead the list of companies with positive news,
while Kraft Foods (KFT), STEC Inc. (STEC), and Cintas Corporation
(CTAS) lead the list of companies with negative news. Target (TGT),
Intel (INTC), and Chevron (CVX) were upgraded this morning, while

MARKET OVERVIEW---------------------------------------------------
Overseas trading looks pretty strong this morning, as seven of the
10 foreign indexes that we track are in positive territory. The
cumulative average return on the collective stands at a gain of
0.26%. In Asia, stocks locked in mild gains, after Greece was
given 30 days to show its deficit plans were on track. Centers such
as Hong Kong and Shanghai remained closed for the Lunar New Year.
Turning to Europe, shares climbed in early trade, buoyed by
stronger banks after Barclays posted forecast-beating results.

Gold futures are grabbing headlines this morning, as the malleable
metal has spiked $23.40 at $1,113.40 an ounce. More prospects from
a debt bailout for Greece has provided lift for the euro, sending
the U.S. dollar lower. As a result, the U.S. Dollar Index has
slipped 0.2% to 80.17. Crude futures are also taking advantage of
the weakening greenback, with the March contract up 1.65% at $75.73
per barrel.

PUT/CALL RATIO ---------------------------------------------------
Equity option activity on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE)
saw 1,092,998 call contracts traded on Friday, compared to 703,981
put contracts. The resultant single-session put/call ratio arrived
at 0.64, while the 21-day moving average rose to 0.67.

SUPPORT & RESISTANCE LEVELS --------------------------------------
The S&P Depository Receipts (SPY) show support in the neighborhood
of $106.10 and resistance around $108.25. For the Nasdaq 100
(QQQQ), support is near $42.75 and resistance is around $43.95.
