NEWS LEADERS AND LAGGARDS-----------------------------------------
So far this morning, Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon.com (AMZN), and
Mattel (MAT) lead the list of companies with positive news, while
Honeywell International (HON), SanDisk Corporation (SNDK), and
Tessera Technologies (TSRA) lead the list of companies with
negative news. Urban Outfitters (URBN), Capital One (COF), and
Daimler (DAI) were upgraded this morning, while Check Point Sftwr
(CHKP), Fed Investors (FII), and Arkansas Best (ABFS) received
downgrades.

MARKET OVERVIEW---------------------------------------------------
Overseas trading is mixed heading into the weekend, as six of the
10 foreign indexes that we track are in positive territory. The
cumulative average return on the collective stands at a loss of
0.15%. Markets struggled in Asia, following the negative lead from
Wall Street. Turning to Europe, regional indexes bounced back from
their worst sell-off in a year, led by the banking sector.

Crude futures finished nearly unchanged on Thursday, with traders
unable to decide whether they should buy low or stay away entirely.
The commodity appeared to be a bargain after tagging a six-week low
on Wednesday, but yesterday's bearish inventory report proved
difficult to dismiss. Additionally, disappointing jobs data
offered little hope for a rebound in energy demand.

PUT/CALL RATIO ---------------------------------------------------
Equity option activity on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE)
saw 1,429,370 call contracts traded on Thursday, compared to
951,015 put contracts. The resultant single-session put/call ratio
arrived at 0.67, while the 21-day moving average held at 0.60.

SUPPORT & RESISTANCE LEVELS --------------------------------------
The S&P Depository Receipts (SPY) show support in the neighborhood
of $107.90 and resistance around $110.45. For the Nasdaq 100
(QQQQ), support is near $43.30 and resistance is around $44.90.
