NEWS LEADERS AND LAGGARDS-----------------------------------------
So far this morning, Ford (F), 3M (MMM), and Procter & Gamble (PG)
lead the list of companies with positive news, while Colgate-
Palmolive (CL), Toyota (TM), and Textron (TXT) lead the list of
companies with negative news. Netflix (NFLX), CME Group (CME), and
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) were upgraded this morning, while
Qualcomm (QCOM), Kirby Corp. (KEX), and Warner Chilcott (WCRX)
received downgrades.

MARKET OVERVIEW---------------------------------------------------
Overseas trading is in fine sharp this morning, as all 10 of the
foreign indexes that we track are in positive territory. The
cumulative average return on the collective stands at a gain of
0.71%. Trading in Asia finished on a higher note, following a
positive close on Wall Street and toned down rhetoric on the
banking sector in President Barack Obama's State of the Union
address. In Europe, shares rebounded following Obama's speech, with
banks were among the top gainer.

A strong day for the U.S. dollar sent gold futures reeling on
Wednesday, as the currency tagged its best level versus the euro
since July 2009. The euro was hammered by lingering concerns about
Greece's unwieldy debt load, while the greenback caught a safe-
haven lift. April-dated gold futures closed on a deficit of
$13.80, or 1.3%, at $1,085.70 per ounce.

PUT/CALL RATIO ---------------------------------------------------
Equity option activity on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE)
saw 1,358,678 call contracts traded on Wednesday, compared to
936,852 put contracts. The resultant single-session put/call ratio
arrived at 0.69, while the 21-day moving average rose to 0.60.

SUPPORT & RESISTANCE LEVELS --------------------------------------
The S&P Depository Receipts (SPY) show support in the neighborhood
of $108.30 and resistance around $110.45. For the Nasdaq 100
(QQQQ), support is near $44.00 and resistance is around $46.65.
