In order to use PowerOption new BrokerLink with optionsXpress/brokersXpress, the "Site Access Via Software / XML API" must be enabled on optionsXpress/brokersXpress’s website and optionsXpress or brokersXpress must be selected as the broker on the PowerOptions website. The following steps will guide you through the process (note, these configuration procedures only need to be executed once): |
| Configuring optionsXpress/brokersXpress Account... |
| 1. After logging into your optionsXpress/brokersXpress account, you will see the following: |

| 2. Select “Account” |
| |

| |
| 3. Select "Profile" |
| |
 |
| |
| 4. Select “Trading & Web Site Preferences” |
| |
 |
| |
| 5. Select the Enable for "Site Access Via Software/XML API" |
| |
 |
| |
| 6. If you agree with the "Trading Access via External Software Agreement", then select “I Accept” |
| |
| You are now enabled for Site Access Via Software / XML API with optionsXpress/brokersXpress. |

| Using the PowerOptions BrokerLink... |
| 1. Select the BrokerLink menu item from the "More Info" buttons on various tools on the site. |
| |
| 2. Select the type of trade from BrokerLink sub menu. |
| |
 |
| |
| 3. If this is your first time using the BrokerLink you may be asked to select your broker. Select "optionsXpress" or "brokersXpress" as your new broker and click "Save Settings". |

| 4. Login to the optionsXpress/brokersXpress account for desired trading. (Note: If you have multiple accounts, the User ID you use to logon will determine which account the trade is sent to) |

| 5. Configure your order. When you are satisfied select "Preview Order". |

| 6. Preview your order and verify all information is correct. When you are satisfied select "Place Order". |
